  Modify This Page:

Designing a web site should be fun!  We hope you enjoy using our theme and template packages.  If you run into difficulty on how best to handle a problem or achieve an effect, just contact us for quick and easy answers.

To modify this page, simply delete this sample text and replace it with your own. Use care that you do not delete any existing tables.

Your Name Here

Unless your company name happens to be "Your Name Here", you will probably want to substitute the sample image above with one that has your own site name.

We have included two images:  one is the sample logo (logosample.gif) that you see above; the other is blank (logoblank.gif).  Once you have modified the blank logo with your name, you can easily use the global search and replace feature to exchange our image for yours.

You can add your name to the blank image in two ways:

1.  Open an imaging program such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc. and open the blank logo image.  Increase the color depth to 16 million colors.  Apply your text.  You can also apply any special filter effects like we did on our sample.  Then reduce the color depth back to 256 colors and save in "gif" format.  Import or save the revised image back into the FrontPage images folder.

2.  You can use the "Text Overlay Tool" within FrontPage.  Replace the logo sample image above with the blank logo image.  Highlight the image.  Open the Picture Properties window (View / Toolbars / Picture).  Select the large "A" and type your text on top of the blank image.  You can set your text font, size, and color.  Save the page.

Chances are you will want to add additional pages to your web site.  We have given you instructions on how to easily copy the "newpage" to make as many pages as you need.  (It's a secret we've been using for years!)  We have also included the same page as a normal page template.
