Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation requires Visual Studio
2005, so please see the
Cannot select overloaded method names on CallExternalMethodActivity
If you have two or more methods on a CallExternalMethodActivity activity with the same name but different parameters, you will be unable to select unique versions of the methods in the dropdown in the workflow designer. Any overloaded method you select will automatically default to the first method defined in your activity. Use unique method names to avoid this problem.
Workflow debugging with T-SQL not supported
You should not debug your workflow with both the workflow debugging and T-SQL debugging enabled or unexpected results could occur.
Full installation of Visual Studio 2005 is needed for remote debugging
You must have a full installation of Visual Studio 2005 on a remote machine to enable remote workflow debugging or you will receive an error when trying to attach to the remote process.
RuleCondition Editor crashes when nested type has same name as namespace
a nested type has the same name as an enclosing namespace, the RuleCondition editor will crash while trying to discover
all the type and namespace information.
To avoid this issue, rename the nested type to something other than the name used for the namespace.
Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation help is not visible in Visual Studio 2005 after installing SQL Server 2005
SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server Books Online is installed on your machine, only
SQL Server 2005 related topics are visible in the Contents tab of the Visual
Studio 2005 documentation and only SQL Server 2005 related topics are displayed
in the filter drop-down menu list.
To view the Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for Windows Workflow Foundation help, select the "(unfiltered)" filter option. If that is not present, install the MSDN® documentation, then select the "(unfiltered)" filter option.
