Your server name is not resolving to an IP address. As a result, the Connector software cannot install successfully.
Check the following issues:
Ensure that your home server and home computers are on the same network. For most home networks, this means that your home computers and home server are connected to the same broadband router.
Name-resolution queries for the computers on your home network are forwarded to the DNS servers at your Internet service provider (ISP). These queries cannot succeed if your ISP does not know about the computers on your home network, or if they do succeed, the IP address will be for a computer outside your home network.
If you use a DNS server at home to resolve names, ensure that it contains the appropriate records for the all of the computers on your home network (including your home server).
